Heavy rains caused water-logging in parts of Mumbai today and led to the diversion of traffic in several parts of the city. Due to the downpour and water-logging, the railway tracks were seen waterlogged at Chunabhatti railway station. Wadala area also witnessed severe water-logging. Regional Meteorological Centre, Mumbai, predicts “light to moderate rain in city & suburbs with possibility of heavy rainfall at isolated places" for next 24 hours.
