HOW DO YOU TURN ON PINK NOISE?!

My question is how do you recommend cleaning the dust out of this fan?

i just bought one and am surprised how much i like it right out of the box, i could feel the fan almost on the other side of the room. the 3rd speed setting is very loud for me which is just what i wanted, the machine looks cool to my eyes as well.
