Paint. New hardware. Prefab pantry. Peel and stick backsplash and countertop. Vinyl plank flooring. New light/fan. New stainless steel stove and fridge. Roughly 2 grand. Totally transformed the space 10 years ago. Then we splurged last year and bought an island with a stainless steel top and a stainless steel freezer for 2 grand more. We had to move the pantry to the dining room. But when we redo our utility room we are going to build in a pantry... can't wait!!!
