ОтветитьHey Doc, tried it this morning and the workout is awesome! Attempted 3 sets and everything burns. For the jump lunges, since we're doing 15 reps, started with my less stable leg so I get one extra rep on it. Is that a good idea?

ОтветитьAll these exercises have a wide range of motions. I was wondering if you ever use weighted vest, Dr. Anthony, to increase the intensity of the exercise? If so will you release a similar video with a weighted vest?

ОтветитьGreat HIIT workout; however, I'd say doing the jump lunges is more of a hindrance in the workout considering the additional joint pressure on your knees. Regular lunges works tremendously even if you're not jumping at the rate displayed in the video.

Would I do this on my off days from the 30 Min full body workout or do this everyday but just split the two routines up at different times of the day when I do the full body workout?
