I am very sorry to say but laws like these are not empowering women but in fact these laws are exploiting the men, pushing one half of the society to such extent that it will have very serious repercussion in future. This will fuel the tendency of revenge among men and it is very likely possible that many of the men may commit serious crime like murder to avenge the unnecessary suffering they gone through. After all they will feel that their life has been spoiled and they have lost everything so instead of suffering without any reason why not do the crime and then suffer. The laws should be equal to every citizen of the country else slowly and gradually it will bring chaos in the society. We must give justice to the deserving persons who are really cheated or exploited but this is not the way.
