Thanks for the details. Do you know how long the BIA takes to respond to a motion to reopen once they receive the request?

Will I get the result of the motion within 2 years or may it take more?

Excellent video. I have a question for EB1A, What is the definition for "distinguished organizations" in the criteria of "Evidence of your performance of a leading or critical role in distinguished organizations" requirement? Is there any legal precedence? or Any company that is paying taxes to the government and is in good standing with the Government is good enough? Also can an NMSDC(The National Minority Supplier Development Council) certified Small business qualify for this distinguished organization definition?

Hi Mam
I got signed I-20 from my DSO on May 3 rd and applied on May 10 it got rejected because of payment issue and I applied again on June 16 then my I-765 is rejected, since more than 30 days of time gap between application date and new I-20 signed date. I am filing appeal now and what are the supporting evidences for me to win this case?
Are you able to take my case?
I am in Edison can I get your consultation?
