I play club soccer and I do cut off the long sock but use a grip sock underneath.

As a soccer player, people who do this are so aggravating. Not because of what they are doing, but 80% of the people are the same type of people who show up 5mins late to practices and games, and then spend another 5mins taping up their socks.

I’m a soccer player who has been wearing different socks beneath my club socks for the past 3 years. I wear socks with grips on the bottom- haven’t gotten a blister since. Reduces friction, reducing blisters. Don’t knock it ‘till ya try it.

No it’s grip socks. I use them as they have rubber grips on the bottom to increase grip Style and comfort.
