if they were as strong as Cell then Cell would have been shitting himself after how badly Gohan pwned them. He wasn't, he had no fear whatsoever. The fact is that Cell is just worlds above everyone else and even kids with a 100th of his power are gods.

i think piccolo should of been stronger than vegeta they never let piccolo have ne glory also i wonder how come he was beatin up cell juniors while vegeta had a hard time with cell juniors but piccolo couldnt affect cell with the masenko but vegeta was able to affect cell a little

This wasnt filler it was apart of the main story. Cell games this is what happened in that part

The only reason vegeta and goku were stronger than piccolo are cuz he doesnt get stronger after each battle, or after every near death instance. If he did, he would be like stronger than ssj4. It's kinda sad how you can predict what happens to piccolo. He shows up and seems really strong, but then he gets beat up

at this point piccolo was stronger than everyone except goku (and gohan when turned ssj2 of course). this was his result after his turn on the hyperbolic time chamber

by the end of the Z Series I think Piccolo was easily more stronger than Full powered perfect Cell, don't underestimate Piccolo, he gets very strong from Training. I'm Tired of Fans saying that he needs to Fuse with other people to get stronger

Unlike in the manga, Piccolo goes to town on those Cell Jrs, he does even better than Vegeta and Trunks.

This was one of my absolute favourite scenes as a kid. Just made me disappointed that Piccolo did fuck all in the Buu arc.

Piccolo was an underappreciated Z fighter. Other than Goku, he probably had the highest fighting intelligence of anyone on the show, even higher than Vegeta in my opinion.

Piccolo was honesty the third strongest in the group for a while idk why they did him a disservice in buu and DBS on namek he was stronger then Vegeta he was as strong as him when the androids arrive arguably stronger cause his regeneration and he can’t stretch his arms. And then way stronger then vegeta when he fused with kami. And then he was prolly on the same level as vegeta out of the time chamber.

It's a small non-canon moment but I love that Piccolo turns to Tenshinhan and Yamcha to form a plan.

Outside of Goku, Piccolo has personally worked with these characters the most including their time training with King Kai. Makes sense he'd rely on them more than asshole Vegeta or inexperienced Trunks in this scenario.
