Getting a good chair is important, making sure the height adjust is set for you properly. At the office, the desk height in the vubeis like 28 inches. I'm not tall, but I had them add a notch to the height.

The next idea is a desk that has a motor to lift and lower, my WFH I move my desk up and stand there for a couple hours.

It made me lol when you showed yourself falling off the chair. Hope you got a brilliant chair and now won't fall

Sleep on the floor, and I game on the floor. Sounds weird, but with the right mat under you. It's incredibly comfy.

steelcase leap is always a great choice. expensive BUT it lasts forever and its an investment for your health.

My husband bought me the Excebet big and tall office chair and it’s definitely in the top 5 best things I own. I’m not big nor tall but the chair is an absolute dream. The little recliner foot pad makes it perfect to sit criss cross. I highly recommend this chair to anyone.
