I’d love to see another challenge like this, but instead of measuring number of spikes, you measure number of UNIQUE spiking moves. You get a point for each unique spike you get, and then you don’t get any more points for spiking with that move.

You could even make different spikes worth more based on rarity — Little Mac dair, Peach/Daisy downward Bob-omb, etc.
