Learn Xamarin Today or Wait for .NET MAUI?

Just recently found your channel (and subbed!), and thinking of learning MAUI -- (not done xamarin) so all new to me -- You have a Xamarin 101 playlist, should I go through that or just go through the MAUI 101 playlist -- or both?

The problem is, when i finish learning this new technology, a new technology will come up

Why did Microsoft not provide UWP support for Uno Platform which supports Windows, Web Assembly, iOS, Android, MacOS, and Linux. Why even create or work on Maui when Uno Platform exists?

what's the difference between learning from android studio i mean using java or kotilin and using Microsoft like any advantages other than cross platform applications, like android studio was worst performance even on laptop having 16gigs of ram and ssd i5 processor is the same on Microsoft end?
