Strong recommendation for the round head Godox (V1 and H200R head for the AD200) flashes. I use the magnetic gel holder and various accessories in the kit you can get for it all the time, it makes a huge difference and it's so quick and easy. It's a real life saver in rooms with warm lighting where bare flash stands out like crazy

Do you think my 600 EX rt-ii Speedlights would suffice for both on and off camera flash at a very similar event to this?

I bring a sheet of black wrap to control the light spill from my off camera flashes.
And I always bring some bright red gaffer tape for markings on floors and the feet of light stands to prevent people tripping over them.
