In New Orleans there was a woman named Marie Delphine Macarty who did some horrid things to poor slaves. From what I’ve heard im talking removing limbs and sewing them back on backwards and stuff. Terrible witch craft stuff- NOLA has a lot of that. She ended up fleeing and was never caught. May be a cool story!
