What I have learned throughout my lifetime is that when you are in a team, you have to compromise. Meaning that you can’t always have it your way. The main priority is the safety of you and others and the effectiveness the plan is to reach your goals. Sometimes I have to do things I don’t want to do at the same time I do it because if we need help, might as well do what I can to do so. I don’t work in a bar at the same time I do know what customer service is like. It can be very stressful at the same time there are ways to manage it. I work at the airport as a wheelchair attendant and there have been many flights during our operations where there are a lot of people who are in need for our service. Sometimes I don’t want to be on some flights because there are so many passengers and it would be overwhelming… At the same time we are already short handed as we already are so whenever we get that call for help, I immediately say that I will be there if I am available.

Elise was ticking me off with her damn bad attitude! The trainer was very kind about it saying “I’m totally not knocking your drink, i think the proportions might be off” and she decided her ego was more important than a bar she’s worked at for years 🙄
