Tim is so full of shit, his fake laugh gives it away. He knows Daily Wire is in a bad way, they're irrelevant and nobody watches their content. I wouldn't be surprised if there was some money laundering involved.

I think the Pendragon cycle was a big budget vanity project for Boreing. They shot it over in Europe which can't be cheap. It was completed a year ago but still no marketing campaign and still not released. That's a long time for a multi-million dollar investment to sit idle without getting any return from it. Why? There is no good answer. I suspect the partners saw it & didn't like it. Maybe they did some private screenings to see what people thought and they didn't like it either. IMO, Boreing's work is not great. "Lady Ballers" had a lot more potential but his version was heavy handed. It bashed the audience over the head with its message. His kids content is fairly bland & conventional. He even ruined Chip Chilla, which was a rip off of "Bluey" an Australian kids cartoon. The original was quirky & charming, and appealed to adults as well but Boreing managed to suck the life out of his copy of it. By comparison, the DW movies & series made independently of Boreing are pretty good on the whole (as well as having low budgets!). He also drove the only two women hosts away.

As someone who still likes DW, firing Boreing as CEO was a no brainer.

CEO transition and step down all the time. This is not shocking and imo the right move. I like Jeremy and want to see DW succeed but I got the impression the company grow faster then it matured and Jeremy did not have enough ceo experience hence why situations like with Brett and Crowder really created a nasty perception of him. Also the dw handled all 3 controversies with Brett Crowder and Candace horribly. And that perception fell mostly on Jeremy. And I think in both Crowder and Candace issues DW was 100% on the right side with both Crowder and Candace who imo are vile people. Brett was the outlier where there was no clear good justification from DW and that made Jeremy and the company look really bad, even if it was just a honest parting of ways

Jeremy obviously has a passion for creative and entertainment endeavors. I even suggests the dw do something like this just a few weeks ago. Nothing against Jeremy but I think him as the ceo was starting to be a problem.

I think a lot of people forget that he wanted to be an actor and hearing that he is the director of the Pendragon. So what Tim says sounds reasonable, he doesn't want to run the company, he wants to do creative film and tv stuff.

Boering sounds like a POS. If it was an amicable break it would’ve been a gradual farewell tour not an abrupt stop. I believe Tim wasn’t approached to buy DW. He was approached with a very lucrative deal because their talent pool is running low. They’ve lost some major talent and made bad investments with Boering’s pet projects. DW is not broke but they have slowed to a crawl or stagnated. They’re in trouble if they can’t start making or acquiring some new talent that is popular.

An asset sale is the purchase of individual assets and liabilities, whereas a stock sale is the purchase of the owner’s shares of a corporation. While there are many considerations when negotiating the type of transaction, tax implications and potential liabilities are the primary concerns. Those are the two ways of purchasing a company. The moron who suggested that the daily wire is haveing financial difficulty is laughable and scary at the same time. The more that the legacy media puts out National Enquirer type articles you are going to get more people who look like that you showed in the video. Thats scary

sorry Tim, I know you're basically the DW's side piece, but Jeremy didn't step down because "he wanted to do other things". No way in HE double Hockey Sticks. A front facing CEO like Jeremy doesn't step down. this is like a head coach for the NFL getting fired and "staying on as an advisor" before being let out to pasture.

is it a conspiracy theory? doubt it. The DW has been bleeding subscribers and good will like crazy after screwing up with Brett Cooper and Jeremey stupidly makng controversial statements. Personally I think Ben and Caleb go together with Jeremy and forced him to step down as Boreing was sticking his foot in his mouth way too much ,and they needed to get some of the heat off them. It's that simple

and Brett Cooper posting that Jimmy video is chef's kiss. She's basically confirming that Boreing screwed her over and there's no love lost there.

Jeremy is creepy. He has publicly said things along the lines of wives should just have the expectation that, at some point, their husbands will willfully/willingly consume p*rn and that they need to adjust their expectations. To their credit both Matt and Michael called him out on that. His consepts of fidelity in christian marriage are screwy. I sense projection and a guilty conscience.

Re: Snow White being released or not.

I've no idea what's going on with the Daily Wire project "Snow White", but I do know a little about film.

1. You can shoot a trailer before you make a film, and before the film even gets greenlit.
2. There are plenty of films that get greenlit (have the whole package in place, and are given the go-ahead financially), that never get made.
3. A percentage of films that have been shot are never released.

There are five phases of film production:
1. Development (Writing the script, getting a business plan together, securing funding)
2. Pre-Production (Film has been greenlit; now we're getting ready with costumes, locations, dialect coaches, whatever)
3. Production (Filming)
4. Post-Production (Editing)
5. Distribution. (Who's going to get it before the public, and how, and when)

A film can flounder in any one of these phases. But because the idea of film sounds so magical outside the industry, I think people don't realise how many ways a film can fail before it ever gets to their eyeballs.

I wondered if Jeremy killed the movie, and that's why Brett left and there is animosity. It was obvious that Brett had been told she was going to be Snow White based on all she said about it. She seemed really excited. Maybe they canceled it, and it caused friction.

Btw there are definitely many sneek peaks of Pendragon that they have put out.

I think for them to be more successful in this new chapter they need more diversity in thought. I don’t watch any of them anymore because of that. Most of their hosts are pretty boring to watch for an hour 🤷‍♀️ I think the Brett thing wasn’t good for them and Jeremy was at the head of that drama and became a target. It probably became very exhausting and stressful. Him stepping down will only be good if they don’t double down so hard when their hosts say things that are out of their mainstream. They’re not going to recover their younger audience if they can’t be a little more center and not so hard right. The younger generation loves Brett because she’s mostly center right.

He’s literally the closeted preacher stereotype as a real man.

He’s added nothing. Nothing to the DW he forced himself into.

He was a massive flop. He was a flop the whole time.

Pretending he wasn’t nonsense is like pretending anyone actually likes Andrew Klavan.

They lost Candace and Brett over vanity and greed.
