If i use a primary source and secondary source, can i get some information from the primary source then get information from the secondary source to make an essay?

I just want to ask po if are there sources that can be either primary or secondary?

Well explained. But my problem as a beginner is where to read and cite in a paper. Because some papers have secondary citations a lot. Is it advisable to cite already cited papers in a particular paper... Where exactly can I cite in my work, original paper, or already cited papers by the author(s) of the original paper am reading?

Be careful with secondary sources with the interpretations which can misdirect and misinform from the original piece.

When you analyzed political speeches did you notice anything deceptive within the utterings?. Any dishonesty?.

I have first hand primary evidence that the covid narrative, has not been very forthcoming with honest information that once known, any right minded individual would then be very concerned. Especially with the unneeded inoculation programme that could be damaging long term with side effects yet to manifest later down the line.
