Nice guy’s 😊
ОтветитьI don’t like that much flop with my pizza, the pizza oven is a fail for me. Glad you made this video. I have been bbq’ing pizzas for a while with charcoal, I like the taste and texture. Nice video and informative video.
ОтветитьYour gas grill gets WAY hotter than many (my Weber is just good for 550 or so) and that might lead to conclusions which don't apply to most of us. Your pizza oven pie looks about a thousand times better than the gas grill one, to me 🙂 PS the GrillGrates look great but are prohibitively expensive...cheaper pizza ovens cost less than the GrillGrates
ОтветитьWhy not just use a pizza stone on top of grates?
ОтветитьGreat video. I always wonder how you consume all the food doing all the comparisons & tests and how you even have room in your fridge for something like that proofing tray? Also, you did not mention if you can freeze the dough balls for future use?
ОтветитьNever get good top heat from a grill. Never get great top heat in a home oven but at least you have the opportunity to use the broiler at the end.
ОтветитьJust put in a pizza stone in the BBQ , DUH. Thats called the KSS method.
Ответитьgive me a break 699 gms. why not round to 700!!!
ОтветитьCan I freeze this dough after the 48 hours?
ОтветитьThe trick is to cook on your grill and then finish under the broiler for 90 seconds. Perfect every time for NY style and you don't heat up your house in the summer.
