I just started brewing my own alcohol because of your videos. Does you recipe book talk about specific sanitizers, acids and nutrients that you add? Also please post more videos! They are great!

So I’m making my second batch, first batch was amazing. I realized I had way too much honey to water when the process is done and I bottle it can I just add water to each bottle or will this mess with the mead. It’s about a gallon jar, 3/4 is honey and the rest water, plus fruits. It’s not stupid thick though.
