The best tools you can have as a team leader is being adaptable and concise. CQB is dangerous and unpredictable, tactics can only increase your success rate, not guarantee it. Make quick decisions to the evolving situation and be concise when communicating those plans to your team.

Nice video!! I loved how important is the Clear with Leader! the fact that they wait for you to flash or shoot! in many cases when they breach, someone dies
