ОтветитьWhere is the Triceps !?!?! Did chest, biceps, triceps and so on today and the triceps are so darn hard to get to failure. Just keep going with the reliable weight and cant stop. its like 3x40 with triceps instead of 3x10 and the godamn machine will hurt your arm if you go 1 step higher

ОтветитьI was around 115 kg at that time, was doing leg day for the first time, I cant stop laughing at myself with my friends, because I had to crawl down the stairs, cant even support my bodyweight at the way down so I had to sit and drag my body down, it was so funny.
Now im at 85kg, everything is better now.
