Hello,from🇺🇸
ОтветитьAbsolutely amazing shots.
ОтветитьNice end result Tim. I think I might have to re-visit this pair sometime
ОтветитьYour scope setup is awesome, and the photos are incredible. I am just getting started with planetary observations with a Meade LX85 M6 near Palm Springs California.
ОтветитьAwesome work mate 👍👌🌌
ОтветитьGreat video- Amazing how many little Ha gems are in M81!
ОтветитьNice job Tim! - I think this is my next target if the skies ever clear! Keep it up :)
ОтветитьNice picture of the galaxy and great effort thanks a lot
Ответитьmega stark
Ответитьhow do u block out the pesky led lights
ОтветитьFantastic pictures! What happened to the Quad? :-)
ОтветитьViele Grüße Tim, fantastische Bilder 👌
ОтветитьNice work. Enjoyed watching
ОтветитьThose satellites are going to get increasingly more annoying as time goes on.
ОтветитьNice video and great shot at the end!
ОтветитьGood job Tim! It's a Fantastic pictures of m81, m82 :)
ОтветитьNice image Tim. Beautiful Galaxies are M81 and M82.
ОтветитьNicely done, Tim. I don't know the price in Germany, but have you considered adding a GSO 6" R.C. to your stable of telescopes? I would think that it would be nice for some of the smaller galaxies.
ОтветитьGreat image! What software do you use for your imaging?
ОтветитьGreat video Tim!!
About PHD2 drift alignment:
This doesn't work with mount slewing. Instead it waits for the sky to rotate, observes the drift of the stars, figures out whether the stars move in perfect circles and thereby calculates the alignment offset with a suggestion how to calibrate the ALT/AZ axis.
Your procedure of the ASI AIR is similar to "SharpCap polar alignment" and "Pole master".
I wish you clear skies Tim (and the possibility to create more great videos like this) ;-)

Nice shot. Wonder what the image would look like without the Ha data. As a comparison to see the effect the additional data has. I guess you added the Ha alpha also as Luminance channel? I have to tweak more on my setup. I'm currently working on a DIY autofocuser. And when that is finished I want to build a "pre-assembled" setup. So that I "just" have to set the mount and the telescope with everything mounted to it and start alignment and then start shooting. I'm thinking about putting 3 cobble stones in the garden with small "holes" in them. Idea is that the tripod legs will then be put the, everything of course north-aligned. So that I am as near to polar alignemnt and orientation as possible. Keep shooting those great images.
ОтветитьAmazing Tim! Your videos are getting so good! Really informative and easy to follow. Great imaging too.
ОтветитьBitte doch weiterhin Bode richtig aussprechen ;) Super schöne Bilder. Gruß aus England!
ОтветитьGreat job, Tim. We have a very similar set up although I am using a 1600mm pro. Can I ask what gain you were using for those 180 second subs? I shot this same target last night (LRGB) and the results are good but lack your red and blue detail in the arms. Cheers.
ОтветитьNeed to remind myself to wait 6 months before relating these videos to our end of the world. Nice content though keep it up.
ОтветитьGreat video Tim, thanks for sharing 👏👏👏
ОтветитьHabe letzte Woche auch die beiden fotografiert :D Gutes Video !
ОтветитьVery impressive work Tim. I've been an avid astronomy fan since I was a small child. I love shooting the stars with my modest equipment. I have considered entering a more advanced level, but it looks way too complicated. I still enjoy watching experts like yourself though.
ОтветитьSehr schönes Video👍🏻Nutzt du einen Flattener am großen Apo?
ОтветитьI am amazed at your fluency with ASIAIR. I have one, but I am afraid, I never used it well yet. Awesome final image and a great Video Tim!
ОтветитьAwesome! Not only your images but your video’s quality have improved a lot! Congratulations for the amazing shot and for the amazing video 👏🏻
ОтветитьAbsolutely incredible🤩
ОтветитьSehr gut, danke. Very nice work and instructional.
ОтветитьWhat filters are you loading in your filter wheel when you shoot with a color camera?
ОтветитьWow. Are you the astronomer who posted this week about the supernova in the constellation of Sagittarius?
ОтветитьKlasse. Mach weiter so und immer CS.
ОтветитьAbsolutely awesome shot of Bode's Nebulae 😁
ОтветитьCongratulations on the ASIAIR Pro. You will love it. Except the wifi range. lol.Its about 5ft.
ОтветитьWell done Tim!
ОтветитьAwesome captures, nice setup as I am a newbe would it be possible to photograph a galaxy with an St80 or is this scope un able to achieve this Thanx clear skies.
ОтветитьNice work Tim. In the UK the asterism known as the big dipper in north America is called The Plough. What is it called in Germany?
ОтветитьYeah...spring kinda said bye in April ...nice pictures
ОтветитьNo entiedo el igles por fabor traduscan
