Okay two tips: one, put the tree right outside your base/in a big room AS SOON AS YOU GET IT, the room you put it in at first was SUPER small and cramped, this makes trees take longer to grow because they can check for different types of sizes, second, when you put down a monofarm, that is a farm with a single type of crop, put down the seeds in a checkerboard pattern. Minecraft has this mechanic where if a crop is not surrounded by the same type of crop on its 4 sides, it will grow faster. This works for all crops (not sugarcane or bamboo). The speed is worth the extra space needed. TRUST ME

The adapted parasites spawn at phase 3 and only get stronger also depending on luck you could get a early simmer man which would be horrible

As the parasites evolve, your crops will grow slower. Also unless you get other mods for better gear, don’t waste parasite materials on lures.😊

I wonder, if that base you built is almost too good. Too good aesthetically. But then again maybe you get flying infested so maybe it makes sense.
