ОтветитьFor low risk and DPU better than FD, Axreit will be the no 1 choice. Amereit just listed only since Sept 2022 n do not have enough historical data to gauge the management. Amereit would be a buy if the share price dropped significantly. Atrium got only few properties and have not grown in size. If one or two property became empty, DPU will dropped.
