10.00 lol yes I remember how tiring it was there.
Ответить12.00 yes Mont Roig is worth doing. I nearly didn't - but it's quite easy. Also enjoyed the forested valley below.
Ответить28.30 ah yes - Pla de Boet nice place for camp with decent food at refuge ;-)
ОтветитьThanks for the video. This definitely brought up memories of my HRP hiking in 2013. Kind of want to do it again but maybe GR11 this time. Just wanted to ask when did you start?
ОтветитьI remember some of those hut refuges esp. on the spanish side can be pretty harsh! One had no doors and the floor was covered in sheepshit. The next one up had a door but it was off the hinges.
Ответитьdoing this route on the 15 July. thanks for the video.
ОтветитьThanks for sharing your trip. Am planning hiking Stages 2-4 of the HRP this summer. However, I am a bit worried, as I am in my early 60's and you are in your early 30's how I am going to cope! I've been comparing your itinerary to yours - and it pretty much matches it. If you were struggling with stage 4 and the long days, I wonder if I'll be able to cope. Would like to know if it is possible to hike without a stove and carry just dry food for the 7-8 days? Is it easy to get food along the way? What time did you have to get tot he Refuges to have a meal?
Also - what dates did you do your trip? I wasn't planning on bring any crampons, and was starting the hike in last week of July.
Yep Friend you Do Look like shit but kind@ correct for a 29 dayer you getting View Blindness imagine that view on day 1 be like WOW but now its like walking down a council estate / lock n load /
