Which type of rental property assures you meet your material participation hours?

Just keep this one thing in mind 👉🏼 When counting hours for material participation, they only come from your short term rentals. Even if you own other long term rental properties, and conduct business activities as a Real Estate Professional (such as investing and wholesaling), those hours would NOT count! 🗣️
