In my county, you're not supposed to wear campaign type clothing at the polling place. Perhaps it's to prevent arguments and to keep order, which makes sense. Ignorance of the law isn't a good excuse.

Demanding a copy of the voter's ballot should be investigated. Has this person done this before?

He is a newcomer into the city, probably from Arizona or North Carolina and he should know the rules: NO CANDIDATES' shirts or propaganda are allowed into a voting booth or premises, so go with your Maga whining to your native state.

It is against election law to have any pro-candidate signage within 100 feet of a polling place. A t-shirt that clearly promotes a candidate is not allowed in a polling place. It's that simple. Do better, KABB.
