Actually, I had a great pleasure talking to Ken some time ago when I had noise concern and he was very nice and professional, he helped me a lot with it and I can't say how much happier I am now. Thank you Ken and City of Foster City!

I talked with him on my street a while back. He was making the contractors paint over the PGE street painting at end of project. I SO appreciate that.
