I will never accept and be okay with being fat. I ended up having stents put in my heart arteries and it was caused by my weight. At my top weight I wore a size 26/28 clothes and by walking, swimming, and eating only when I’m hungry and stopping when I’m full. I’m now into an 18 but still have a long ways to go, but will keep exercising,etc. I hope these girls find some happiness in their life, and don’t depend on a man for happiness.
