InShot Video Editing Tutorial (2025)

Hi .. Im trying to use Inshot on phone but my eyesight is not what it was and the small grey type used for times and underneath the little icons is so small I can't read it.. is there any way to change that, even a different colour would be better

Can I lock an effect or pip to a clip so that if I change the clip length the effect and pip also changes?
And can I lock audio files to their clips? (Not merged them).

Something I’ve noticed with the last updates, is that every single video I import from my iPhone into InShot is completely out of focus. And it’s only in InShot.

So you can delete a section from the middle of a clip but can you insert something else there as a replacement

Hey Collin great Instructional vid...do you or anyone know how to import videos to inshot from Mac computer harddrive...we have it on iphones and ipads...recently tried to do it on our mac computer but can not figure out how to get inshot to import from a harddrive on the computer...please help

In my app it's all the same but the button on the right top corner for sharing and downloading is not there it's only the question mark and an export button what do I do now is there another way plss tell

I'm coming from capcut.
It was fine, I had no real complaints.
I did like the capcut volume decibel bar where you can accurately make adjustments according to the actual decibel level.
I like that better than just a slider bar.
I'll probably switch to this or clipchamp.
I don't need much ;-)

this was very helpful. I learned how to make cuts, and how to delete sections.. But, How do i install music? That is where I struggle. I am ok with just using the music in the inshot app. its my first edited video, I am just getting started.

Sorry but I dont understand anything in this video. You need to explain the beginner terms and a walkthrough for beginners that already dont understand the very simple terms because some people are computer illiterate beyond buying and selling stocks and other financial instruments. Very poor tutorial. Sorry.

Inshot is probably my fav video editor for Android. Capcut is really good too but the fact that it doesn't allow me to use custom sound tracks or sounds is a game killer for me. I do wish that Inshot devs did a bit more for adding text effects as it's pretty basic at the moment. But apart from that it's a really good software.

Doesn't work with video added to audio sync for music video.. only splices audio plus the bpm are changed and no way to sync them.. can you change bpm on audio?

could inshot be used on a Macbook?
