One Month with Black Forest Turkesterone In 2024: My Journey and Insights!

This isn't 95% pure Turk , this is just 95% of the Ajuga extract with no standardization for Turkesterone. So they are either trying to trick you or they have no idea what they are doing.
I would assume if this was HPLC tested for Turk it would be 2% at best.

I’ve used turk now for 2 months first I used Coach Gregg’s this time I’m using gorilla minds both supplements I’m taking 6 pills in the morning with breakfast about an hour before hitting the gym. Strength an endurance along with recovery definitely improved on coach Gregg’s supplement. I’m not sure about the gorilla mind I’m only on the first bottle day five I haven’t lost anything but nothing has improved since Gorilla Minds.

I’ve also started feeling more an more hungry. I’ve seen my body physique change for sure weight hasn’t changed but I’ve lost fat an gained muscle. All my compound lifts have went up along with reps. The recovery has been insane I get sore but nothing like before. I can push to complete failure an come back next day in gym an do it again.

Great video! you earned my subscription! I commented on another one of your videos and stated that I didn't notice anything while taking Turk. After watching this video I remember that I started losing weight as soon as I started taking it. Even though I increased my calories by 300-500 a day I lost 3-4 lbs in the first 2 weeks. eventually that weight came back and I ended up with a 3lbs weight gain, but all fat. For those that didn't see my other comment I did an inbody scan before and after a cycle of 3 bottles of Turk and I went from 8.8% body fat to 11.1. I lost 1lbs of muscle and gained 4 lbs of fat. For anyone contemplating trying Turkesterone, I highly recommend getting a body composition scan before and after. you may not notice a difference from pictures alone, and instead of guessing if you see a difference you'll see it in the report. I also recommend managing your expectations and understand that not only may you not make any gains, you may lose some gains like I have. 20% Turk is the strongest available 20% is $1200 per kg We have 20% Turk. If you take two pills together it’s too strong. I cap twice per day evenly spread is fine. . 95% is impossible plus 95% x 500mgs would cost an absolute fortune. This is fake. Trust me

2 Questions friend, I noticed that Gorilla Mind shows that it has Hydroxypropyl-β-Cyclodextrin to help absorb the "turk". Black forest doesn't have that - do you feel a difference between the two with pump and maybe even growth? I know we all want a cheaper one than Gorilla mind has to offer but if that Hydroxypropyl-β-Cyclodextrin can help muscle growth even more maybe the price is justified - Just to note, I'm not defending any of them. I tried two so far - Gorilla Mind and Double Wood - honestly, double wood didn't give me the energy that Gorilla Mind did, that pump on "Turk" from Gorilla mind made me feel eager to workout. Penny for your thoughts sir. I just ordered from Black Forest to give them a shot - but definitely going off of feel when I take it.

For me it's not so much more appetite but a need for more calories it seems. If I dont eat a nice 3 full-size meals I feel like I've starved myself

I’ve been on BF for about a month. I did notice small pimples on my arms around week 2. It’s week 4 and no pimples. I was at 210 and now I’m 199. 10% extract is a standardized extract. It means essential that the steroidal component in the powder is standardized to 10%. BF is the whole herb and the pill is filled with 95% of the herb and has 5% filler. The extracted version "10%" is much stronger. You really have no idea what's going on. You probably shouldn't be making videos on supps.
