The GM is the bigger problem

As a Jags fan, I can tell you that the owner is just as inept as the front office and coaching staff. I mean, c'mon, the GM is Trent Baalke, that tells you all you need to know about the owner.

When you have two # 1 overall draft picks ( Lawrence and Walker ) and NEITHER one has progressed to true superstar status you have a recipe for disappointment and failure. Sure coaching and injuries play a part of this too - however you have had the luxury of playing in the weakest division and still could not achieve success.

That's IT! The Jaguars should hire Jeff Saturday.

The craziest thing is if Doug would simply just take back playcalling that won him a super bowl instead of letting his surrogate favorite son get him fired a second time I'd like him to stay. But he's just too stubborn and won't hold Press Taylor accountable

HC Doug Pederson won more division titles than most HC have. He gave the Jaguars 2 back to back winning season, and has 1 bad year. They should keep him for another year.

I think they're not as hot headed as you. They are not as EMO as you...counselor...They're looking at everything and evaluating everything...it's a process...and it is way too early to state their activity/intentions/course of actions. The team has two MAJOR weaknesses...one is ACQUISITIONS...the other is lack of receiver depth/quality. Hey! their rookie WR Brian Thomas is the best WR on their team! The year that Dan Campbell got Amon Ra St Brown the Lions went 3-13. IT TAKES TIME TO BUILD A PERFECT TEAM.

The organization in Jacksonville jaguars is beyond dysfunctional, the GM ,the scouting personnel,the coaching staff, the water girls and boys, the equipment personnel and most of their below average players on their roster every thing has to go!!!!

Doug pederson will be back in kc next season as an assistant coach helping the chiefs win another Super Bowl.

It's not a question whether Doug Pederson and everyone else will be fired, it's more about when. The question people should ask firstly is who on the Jaguars is more capable of being the interim Head Coach for remainder of the season than Doug Pederson? And secondly, what would be the point of firing Doug Pederson and everyone else now when the Season is already over and they could just wrap up this mess they've created and then clean it up in the Offseason?

Stop picking on a remarkable self made man…. This whole town was ecstatic when he brought in Doug Pederson. I grew up many years ago in Philadelphia. It take a long time to match that ineptness.

Travis Etienne ruined this season with his back breaking fumble to lose the first game to Miami which we had in the bag if he scored. I predicted that it would send us into a spiral. And it did!
