ОтветитьMy first time doing Pilates in a while and it definitely kicked my ass haha but in a good way! I have learned that taking breaks, missing moves and doing what I know my body is capable of today is okay! I used to push myself so much my body ached the next day...stopping me from working out. But the older I have gotten the more I realised I don't have to do that x so thank you!
