Hey, where's Bandit?
ОтветитьThose Vekoma SLC's are just pure pain, cool layout but my god the head banging
Ответитьnight hawk was closed all day at Carowinds so I didn't get to ride it.
Ответитьthe only SLC i actually enjoyed was Infusion at Blackpool Pleasure Beach and i actually found it comfortable tbh
ОтветитьI agree with your take on Ninja, it's horrible and should've been replaced a long time ago. But St. Louis is kind of a red-headed stepchild of a Six Flags park.
Ответитьwhat about gouderix
ОтветитьI have no idea why everybody says ninja is a rough ride. I literally wrote it seven times in a row and I didn't bump my head on a restraint once. I only ever had one bad ride on it and that was during holiday in the park. That's cuz it was so cold. It could have snowed at any second
ОтветитьWorst rollercoaster in the world - Millennium Force
grabs popcorn
I rode Great American Scream Machine back in either 2004 or 2005. It's crazy to think that the coaster is finally getting fixed. If the coaster itself didn't give you a headache, hitting your neighbor's head would...
ОтветитьGreen Lantern in Jersey. It’s so painful.
ОтветитьMan ninja can't escape any top 10 worst lists 🤣
ОтветитьI'm thinking Kong at Discovery Kingdom is one of the types listed at #1...
ОтветитьWild cat was already replaced with a hybird...
ОтветитьThey RMC’d Wildcat! It’s Wildcat’s Revenge now.
Ответитьtbh I agree that the corkscrew on Nighthawk is kind of uncomfortable but the #5 worst roller coaster feels really harsh - honestly I would have put Vortex (also at Carowinds) somewhere on the list instead just because it's the only ride I've ever felt pain on haha
ОтветитьNighthawk was garbage I was waiting in line and someone got sick and I nearly got sick
ОтветитьGerman here and I have to agree. Both SLCs in German parks (Heide Park, Movie Park) are just terrible. Plus, Bandit in Movie Park must be the worst woodie in Europe, including those in Pleasure Beach.
Also, I'd love to visit as.many parks as you do. Sadly, there are no enthusiasts in my Frankfurt area who would travel across the world with me. :(
We did it, lads! UK got on the board! (I've never been to Blackpool Pleasure Beach because, well, it's in Blackpool, but it looks rough as heck). And we have a Zamperla Volare in Yorkshire called Hero and it also looks terrible. And another Vekoma SLC at Blackpool too lol.
Ответитьif u want to become completely braindeath in coasters try Crush Coaster in Disneyland Studios Paris , i love spinniong coasters love dark coaster , but this one combined completely destroyed me it sucked so bad i needed 20 minuites to be completely good again i was in allmost far away land with my head eyes and mind , when i was good i just did the other launched dark coaster there and was just fine .
ОтветитьThe arrow looper at Cedar Point. You can actually hear the rattle on that thing.
Ответитьsurprised infusion isnt on here
ОтветитьThe only smooth Vekoma slc is odyssey at fantasy island Skegness uk
ОтветитьI don’t have many credits at all— only 36 including kiddie coasters, 31 not. Probably my first big coaster was Big Apple Coaster in Las Vegas, but I rode it after all of the work done on it, so I actually liked it, even if my ears hurt for literal days. But I think having that as my first big coaster was good, as it trained me not to expect a smooth ride on all of them. My second big coaster was Mind Eraser at Elitch Gardens, and I absolutely loved it! It’s still my only SLC, but I also went on Batman at MM, and I honestly like Mind Eraser a bit more. Maybe it’s because it was one of my first coasters, maybe because it was my first suspended, I don’t know. But if that is one of the worst SLC’s, like people seem to think, then I think it is a wildly over-hated model. Yes, I had to ride defensively, but I absolutely loved every second of it!
ОтветитьThis might be a hot take, but one of the worst coasters I’ve ridden is Giant Dipper at Belmont Park. It’s over 100 years old and it shows its age. It actually has a pretty good layout, but the profiling was so bad that it was unbearably rough. Instead of enjoying the ride, I was holding onto dear life trying not to get thrown side to side the entire time. I had a bruise on my left leg after riding it and refused to go on again, despite being the biggest ride there
ОтветитьBro predicted the future with Wildcat.
ОтветитьEvery RMC and the smiler 😂
ОтветитьInteresting, NightHawk was one of my favorite coasters at Carowinds! It begins unlike any other ride, where you start on your back facing up towards the sun and go up the chain backwards. The constant flipping between rightside-up and upside-down was quite disorienting (in a fun way), while facing inside during the loop was a very unique feature.
Ответитьfirebird is such a nice coaster to start off with
ОтветитьCall me crazy but I loved Nighthawk during my visit to Carowinds, to the point where I'd happily call it 4th best at the park. Got 3 rides on it all across the train, and every one was fantastic. It's got a great flying feel, some strong forces during its inversions, and it just a good job disorienting you in a fun and thrilling way. It does have a rattle, but to be honest, I never found it to be much of an issue, and is no where as near as substantial as the rattle on a lot of other vekomas. As a matter of fact, I'd easily say its my favorite Vekoma, Granted I haven't had the chance to ride any of the new-age Vekomas yet.
ОтветитьTimber Wolf has left the chat
ОтветитьJust rode Ninja this summer. It was pretty freakin bad. I will say the boomerang at Six Flags St. Louis was worse though. Never riding either of those again. The Boss was a good time though. Maybe the next RMC?
ОтветитьYou know what would be sick is if B&M did a makeover with Nighthawk, the size and length of the ride and B&M Flyers, it could be totally done
Ответитьnighthawk is an amazing ride (according to my friend) people say that this rides ass, but the thing is is that enthusiasts are way to sensitive with a little bit of rattle and roughness
ОтветитьWas thinking of the norester at WildWoods the entire video. Crazy to hear that this is the make over. I can't ride that thing more than twice in a day without feeling concussed. The cork screws are ROUGH
Ответитьyes, just yes
ОтветитьFor Wildcat your wish has been granted. It HAS been RMC’d and is now Wildcat’s Revenge. One coaster I think deserves the RMC treatment is the Boss at St Louis Six Flags
ОтветитьYour number 1 is my number 1 as well. I absolutely hate that SFNE still has it.
ОтветитьThe worst of the worst is the cheetah run at wild adventures Valdosta GA., and the Hangman they were ridiculous in having cramped seating and it beat you up and turned you blue.😅😊
Ответить1. Corkscrew 2. Magnum 3. Orion those are the worst ones I’ve been on
ОтветитьWildcat is now a RMC like you wanted
ОтветитьYou should sell Roller Coaster Coasters merch 🍹🎢
ОтветитьNinja is awesome😊
ОтветитьI have fond memories of Serial Thriller at Six Flags AstroWorld which i think was a Vekoma SLC. I remember it being short but fun. Trying hard to imagine why it would your #1 worst coaster.
ОтветитьSFOG Scream Machine is indeed rough as all get out. This park was only 2 hours from where I grew up. I'm not sure if it was because I was still just a kid, but in its early days I don't remember it being so rough. As an adult, it beats the hell out of me, the last time I rode, I was sore for days.
ОтветитьScream machine ripped a hole in my pants, no joke
ОтветитьAre we forgetting about brain damage: the ride? (Cough cough green lantern magic mountain cough cough)
ОтветитьIt might be time for another update after riding Gouderix
ОтветитьBefore pressing "play", I went "Vekoma SLC"s are the worst. 😂 Connaisseurs think alike. 🙌
ОтветитьGreat! Though it’s surprising that Time Warp is further below here than in your 2018 video, where it was 4th behind Ninja, big apple and vekoma slcs
Ответить
