That was a great format. Loved the exercises. I used( 1) 12, (2) 25 & (1) 35lbs for the duration. ❤Thank you for your hard work in making these workouts.

Loved this workout💪Mite need to use lighter kettlebell for the Good Mornings tho as had to sit on edge of my bed and drop it behind me when done as couldn't lift it back over my head at the end😂🙈

I've never done the "windmill" and found myself somewhat wobbly. Do you have a beginner video that includes that with verbal instructions?

I've been doing your kettlebell videos 3 times a week for several months (I have mostly been using two videos). Thank you!! ❤

Very much enjoyed this workout. Was not feeling strong this morning so you can make this work out exactly what you need it to be i.e. heavier weights, lighter weights, etc. I did lighter today since I wasn’t feeling 100%.
