ОтветитьLoved this workout💪Mite need to use lighter kettlebell for the Good Mornings tho as had to sit on edge of my bed and drop it behind me when done as couldn't lift it back over my head at the end😂🙈

ОтветитьVery much enjoyed this workout. Was not feeling strong this morning so you can make this work out exactly what you need it to be i.e. heavier weights, lighter weights, etc. I did lighter today since I wasn’t feeling 100%.
