As per the constitution the CM in any state should be the independent decision of the ruling party legislators of that state and they have to elect their leader, who becomes the CM of the state. Now since 2 or 3 decades what is happening in this country that most of the CMs are the choice of high commands and in BJP naturally the choice is the RSS pracharak who ever he may be irrespective of merit what is happening in Uttarakhand. THIS IS VERY CHALLANGING STATE AND NEEDS HONEST, DYNAMIC, KNOWLEDGABLE , CONTRIBUTING CM , MINISTERS AND LEGISLATORS WHO ARE REALLY ABLE TO DO FAST AND PRECISE DEVELOPMENT OF THE STATE. In this situation the BJP high command instead of getting their chelas as CM ,leave this entirely to the state BJP legislators to elect their own leader otherwise BJP will be wiped in the state of Uttarakhand in next assembly election and also their after in lok sabha elections.
