Mr. Minister kudos for this wonderful initiative, please consider widening the access road to the total area, especially from Mt. Williams end through Prospect onto Davey. While the dream is in the infancy stage there is evidence that the whole area is Fastly becoming our hotel belt. It is indisputable that proper infrastructure encourages development and am certain the businesses in the area will welcome this.

Excellent. St Patrick's East is indeed a gem. It's an original pure Grenada forestry, fishing and beach area. Whenever I need a break from the hustle and bustle of life, I take a tour of the area with visitors to Grenada and friends. Davey, Prospect and Mount Alexander are my to-go places. The area holds a special spot in my heart, my stepfather was born in Prospects, and my sibling has inherited and purchased property in the area. My most recent visit took me to Chantemel for the first time. Mount Alexander has several leisure venues, including Petit Anse Resort, Restaurant, and guesthouses. My visitors were so thrilled.

MP Mr. Andal is correct, the area is a gem, but was neglected for decades. I am happy to see the work in progress. Thank you, MIT, Minister Andal and the hard-working residents of St. Patrick's East. Let us cultivate our Garden, and it will cultivate us. I am sure that the residents will continuously upgrade and butification of their area. Thank you to our visionary Government.
