OHHHHHH
ОтветитьI don't really do any weight lifting besides bodyweight training and sometimes with a few of my old martial arts friends and it's wierd to now understand why people that are much bigger than I am can sometimes lift less than I do or atleast do that without pain. Learn your technique peeps.
ОтветитьIf you have decent equipment (IWF or IPF-certified) or even just new training plates from top brands like Eleiko or Rogue you won't really hear that sound though
ОтветитьI'm the type of person that doesn't understand none of this until done it myself...sadly
ОтветитьIs it just me, or does this guy in example about pulling your shoulderblade back still have his upper back too rounded after doing so?
Ответитьwhat bar is so flexible that the girl's 135lbs deadlift bent the bar?
Ответитьi tought this is common sense😂😂
ОтветитьThe only thing I'd add. Drive your heels into the floor as you lift.
ОтветитьThe original video of that clown in the lowlight clip is absolutely hilarious
ОтветитьThose shorts are quite revealing… nice
ОтветитьStaring straight at the floor, good way to break ya neck.
ОтветитьLearn something new every day. Thanks
ОтветитьThat's still an awgul form. Use your fucking legs or you'll break your back
ОтветитьBe short, be short, be short.
ОтветитьThis actually explains this well.
ОтветитьThose cheecks tho🍑
ОтветитьBad advice. Women just need tighter and thinner yoga pants for better deadlift.
ОтветитьMy trainer gave me this tip on Day 1 and it made a huge difference. Deadlift is my absolute favorite lift. It's just picking stuff off the ground. So simple, right?
ОтветитьI’m just gonna stick to not deadlifting, it’s not an exercise you ever need to do to workout your body properly. The only reason to deadlift is to be able to say you deadlift, if you just want to be in shape don’t take the risk to hurting yourself for what amounts to gym clout.
ОтветитьImagine having your gym shorts that far up your ass on every lift. Ego bullshit. Wear some sweats and get your work done.
ОтветитьTry to flex ur tricpes to fully extend ur arms then rotate them outward so u can feel the lat and also do the slack
ОтветитьDon’t deadlift unless you’re competing deadlift.
ОтветитьDon’t deadlift unless you’re competing deadlift.
ОтветитьYour clips are always so helpful. Thank you ❤
ОтветитьTip #1: wear tight pants, the tighter the more likes, and that’s what these videos are really about… 🤦♀️
ОтветитьI see people looking forward when they start it. Then they complain that it hurts 😢
ОтветитьWhy would you have a bodybuilder do a deadlift?
Ответитьwtf she wearing?
ОтветитьThis tip made my deadlift pain-free indeed
ОтветитьImagine watching the video for the explanation😂
ОтветитьI agree with this tip. If you doing it correctly, you’ll feel ur ass burning, not ur lower back sore like u can’t stand up straight after the set.
ОтветитьWhat color was the mirror
ОтветитьGreat tip thank you
ОтветитьSir it's not working in heavy load pls help me🙏
ОтветитьI still dont understand the relation of that click for good deadlift?
ОтветитьEngage the weight before lifting it.
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьWhy can I see the a $$whole?
ОтветитьClink will only happen with metal plates, otherwise you won't hear it.
ОтветитьIs that a doo doo stain
ОтветитьWhen you reach maximum weight, add more pounds.
ОтветитьIm not sure if people realize but the deadlift and a lot of exercises involving the back is a lat exercise.
ОтветитьSorry but that mustach guy look really curved while pulling
ОтветитьThat’s common sense for me I don’t know about you
ОтветитьDon't deadlift, it's not worth the risk.
ОтветитьGyatttt
Ответитьnah cuz what up with that camera angle 💀
ОтветитьWhat's the purpose of reversing the hands that i see people do all the time?
ОтветитьI remember some very powerful deadlifter in the 70’s or 80’s, very long arms and short torso and legs. He was virtually half finished with the lift before even starting the lift
Ответитьa bodybuilder deadlifting just sounds so stupid
Ответить
