Does anyone think this is the very first time these people have been in trouble with the law? The problem is plea deals are struck and they get out sooner rather than later. The extremely weak judges and prosecutors agree to plea deals and the perpetrators are back out on the streets. There should be a federal law that plea deals be eliminated permanently. The victims are affected twice when this happens. Full incarceration terms without time off for good behavior. It's bad behavior that got them in trouble in the first place. Some people will say they've had a bad life so give them a break. I was born, raised and survived the first 39 years of my life in East Los Angeles (and have the scars to prove it) I'm 70 now. I never got in trouble with the law because I know the difference between right and wrong. The bad people know that same difference but choose to do wrong anyway. If they didn't know it was wrong they wouldn't run and hide like rats when the cat shows up.
