Honestly the regular restaurant part of benihana village is better they have a very similar menu but better price and bigger portions

The foodooks great, but it would not fill ne up. Plus I'm not liking to have to wait for every component to be done at a different time. The first food you get be cold by the time you get your last part of the meal.

Danny, IMO the "Surf Side" (shrimp, scallops and calamari) meal is the best. All fantastic. Give it a try on your next birthday.

The sauce you liked was the mustard sauce. According to Benihana it pairs well
With meat (beef and chicken) a lot of Benihana locations got rid of that sauce and instead give Yum yum sauce (which is a white colored sauce also for beef and chicken)

Benihana is actually pretty decent food. The problem is what is good about it is also why people don’t keep going back. It’s just decent ingredients with a simple cook and diners feel like they could’ve just made this at home.
