Unfortunately, you are not alone. Other slot players are frustrated as well. OSS always says to play the old school slots while you can as the casinos are getting rid of them more and more. New/newer machines are very tight; take, take, take! I keep watching slot players hitting the spin button over and over again wondering when they will hit a bonus or get a decent line pay. My reaction is to say: Leave Las Vegas! It isn't worth it. F1 is probably going to ruin LV anyways, so you might as well find some other place to gamble. Las Vegas isn't what it used to be. Such a shame.

I couldn't agree with you more. Even here in Arizona all of the casinos are getting rid of the one-line Triple Stars, 5X pay, Double Diamond etc. and putting in the 9 liners. I am so sick of it and you are right people are just going to stop coming and come a lot less and it will hurt their bottom line. They are greedy and just looking for the fast money. I hope you do email them a letter and if you can start an online petition to get their attention that would be even better. If you could get each one of your viewers to sign it you would have almost 30, 000 signatures that's huge! Just a thought. I'm just getting angrier when I think about their pure greed. 🤬

Went to the bran new sandys casino in ashland ky today..been open several weeks now..lotsa old school slots in New machines...smoking inside section is nice...took.$300 in..dropped $250...then back up to $400...lol..then I tried the high $$$$.
Lost $300 on those..but it's good place..check it out sometime..very freindly...but no one was eating at diner.....didn't find out why...

Interesting to hear you voice what I've said time-and-time again about the nine dollar machines - not being a fan of them and how you prefer the five dollar stake machines. I share your sentiments about the five dollar stake machines. I've never been a fan of the nine dollar stake machines - often resulting in an expensive session. I'm going to Vegas in March for the Rugby games. I am NOT gambling. I know too many people who have been recently and have had a terrible time. I'm gonna stick with the casinos here in Indiana and Ohio!

I have noticed that--amongst other things with the newer slots nowadays. At least with three-reels, those aren't any harder to trigger their bonuses compared to their older counterparts--the newer video slots are far worse in that their bonuses keep getting harder and harder to trigger and their payouts are less and less on average.

I miss the days when Vegas had good value. Great slots and pit games on the cheap, buffets all over the place where you could get most bang for your buck, comps got you alot more back then than they do now--and now it's all gone. Hell--I almost cancelled my last Vegas trip in 2022 over the thought of staying on the Strip and being stuck with crappy 6:5 Blackjack just because one of my cousins wanted to stay on the Strip and no one else wanted to stay Downtown (which was my plan). If not for South Point, I would've just taken the bus to Atlantic City where all but three Blackjack tables are 3:2 and Spanish 21 is all over the place. Hope you can gain some sort of traction this trip--because you look like you're going througha painful downswing. 🙁

The casino I go to still has some 3 reel machines that you can bet 1-3 credits. I can see how Las Vegas is getting bad having mostly 9 line machines.

Vegas has always been a money grab. Why bother playing there? They hardly offer free drinks and the machines always rob you.

The on-line casinos used to pay, but over the past 18 months, they have tightened up and hardly pay anything. The only ones who hit decent payouts are the new players that they want to hook.
