I have had issues with my 2009 13" MacBook Pro getting hot running MX-21 (I founld a fantastic distro)? I am going to try your Lumbuntu distro and see if that helps. I'm upgrading to 8 gb memory. I have enjoyed your videos which have helped my 1st year journey into Linux with the MacBook Pro. Your work has helped me better understand the commands and software. Linux seems like nuclear fusion: amazing,ready to save theplanet… maybe in 5 years. Til then, more energy in than out. Tedious. Just run garageband on that ol mac. Works finebon mine. For a couple of tracks.

I have a later version of 2015 Macbook Pro 16 GB ram 250 GB SSD. Can I just direct install Ubuntu Studio onto this laptop or is it better to install Lubuntu first?

I cannot for the life of me understand why you do not have at least a million subscribers.
