ОтветитьYea! new episodes in the teens of the 21st Century!
ОтветитьToo much money, not enough sense .... much like lots of these owners 😒😒😒
ОтветитьWhat a gorgeous building, and he's made a fantastic start in some areas. The inability to finish one thing before moving onto the next seems to be the big issue.
Ответитьalex wins again😊😊❤❤
ОтветитьAlex outstanding at her job
Shaun has a lovely personality
Lovely family and with Alex’s experience and advice Shaun and his family I pray make a massive success of their hotel as they deserve success
Sean is a most impressive & admirable man.
ОтветитьMissing the lovely long earrings in this episode.
ОтветитьWhy is the new forest called the new forest. There’s no forest there
ОтветитьI’d be fine there. Nice and new and clean.
ОтветитьWhat a stunning building! With Alex's help the place could be making decent money.
ОтветитьI worked for my late father, and if anything my Dad expected better from me. To make sure, he put me at the very bottom of the hierarchy. Like an intern. Being related doesn't have to mean lax management. And being family doesn't come with entitlements, like changing the schedule so you never work weekends. If you run things like that it will kill your business.
ОтветитьNever seen such a small face on such a large head. It’s like a blown-up balloon.
ОтветитьIf they don’t have uniforms (I can understand) a dress code and name tags are easy to do on short notice. Black or white shirts, neat pants…name tag (with position)
ОтветитьBeautiful building, fantastic grounds. Sean just needed Alex's direction. I would be proud to work in such an environment.
ОтветитьThe hotel is still operating, albeit as part of the Coaching Inn Group since 2022. There's no mention on the website of Sean, except to say when the current owners bought it.
ОтветитьI never understand this obsession with uniforms, just a way to keep the workers in their place.
ОтветитьTaken for a ride by his family. Wow.
