I added my own touch to the spices i added chili powder, paprika spice, tumeric, a tblspoon of salt garlic lemon juice parsley mixed everything together and added tomatoes as well… THANK YOU SO MUCH For helping us learn about cooking with passion i’m honestly happy with how it turned out. Ответить▢ 2 x 800g / 1.6 lb whole snapper or other whole fish , scaled, gutted and cleaned (Note 1)
▢ 1 1/2 tsp salt , kosher/cooking (not table salt)
▢ 1/2 tsp black pepper
▢ 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
STUFFING:
▢ 1/2 cup fresh dill sprigs, packed
▢ 1/2 cup parsley leaves, packed
▢ 4 garlic cloves , finely sliced
▢ 1 lemon , sliced (8 slices each lemon)
DILL GARLIC BUTTER:
▢150g / 10 tbsp unsalted butter , cut into cubes
▢ 2 tsp garlic , finely minced
▢1 tbsp fresh dill , finely chopped
Baking Cook time varies by oven, size and temp. 145 degrees F internal temp is what I have read as the finished temp. with temp probe at thickest part. 375 to 400 oven temp. 10-15 min per 1" of thickness (rule of thumb) This is for a whole fish.
