Im not interested in going to selection infact, im 43 but great video. I normally do lightweight and highreps with free weights minimum of 400 reps total for each muscle i target. I typically go to failure twice a week, and six days a week of cardio hour a day. I also train in muay Thai and coach escrima and Kali knife fighting three days a week.
ОтветитьTried it this morning brothers, with absolute baby weights. Maaaaan what a good session. Dig deep and its heinous but very doable. Going to add it in weekly now! Cheers mate
ОтветитьThanks for this video I’m trying to get in shape 💪
ОтветитьWhen I do hack squats and other leg exercises I can either do a crap ton of reps or if I up the weight just a little I start not being able to lift it. No burning sensation or anything just can’t lift it. What would you recommend to get over that
ОтветитьSteroids are certainly included by what I see in special ops guys.
ОтветитьAfter those surgeries the man is still grinding. Thanks for sharing your process and knowledge.
Ответитьtried this afternoon. couldn’t even do 50 reps with half my normal weights. got to reduce weight even more
Ответитьwhats your thoughts on a few cycles on and off with steroids and test for performance?
Ответить👍👍💪💪👊
ОтветитьAwesome workout. Thank you for sharing.
ОтветитьTactical Jujimufu. Good stuff brother. 🤘🏽
ОтветитьPersonally, i prefer to keep my back and chest strong, for pushing and pulling, by doing heavy weight low reps, but keeping my shoulders and legs high endurance with more rep and cardio based exercises!
ОтветитьThis is a great video man! How often would you recommend doing this?
ОтветитьThanks for these nuggets sir 🇺🇸
“It’s not what you give, it’s the way you give it.” ~ Bruce Lee 🤙🏼💪🏼
Love it brother keep it coming
Still waiting for that Red Winger haha
The next should be on the best diet for tactical training, great video 🔥
ОтветитьCan you use the 15, 12, 10, 8 rep scheme on other body press (like chest, shoulder press, etc)
ОтветитьLight weight babyyyyyy!!!!! Yeah buddy 💪
ОтветитьAfter joining marine infantry and marsoc im doing this
ОтветитьHoly crap when when u get to the pec flys it makes 25s feel like it’s 45s thanks bro this workout is fun although I’m switching arms for shoulders arms is for pull day I think the arm exercises will pair nicely with 100 back rows and bent over single back rows
ОтветитьWould definitely like to hear more about the CAG guys training philosophy. I can't imagine someone doin that at 50.
ОтветитьDrop the lower body one warrior
ОтветитьSolid workout!
Hope to se a pulling strenght endurance based wokrout
I tried this today and its killer, my triceps and chest feel so pumped and locked up after the workout, the max pushups after bench pressing is a great idea. Is this workout the one you always do or the one you do the most often for upper body days? Just muscular endurance training? Thanks for the videos man
ОтветитьWould love to see a breakdown of your full week of training. Interested to see how you would incorporate these type of workouts while also training with heavier weights on other days, how many times per week you hit each body part, the back day, recovery, etc
ОтветитьCould you do a video like this on leg training? Loved this workout
ОтветитьHey Nate did you ever work with the French foreign legion and what is your opinion of them
ОтветитьHey man. Got the app… what program do you use??
ОтветитьThat workout is no joke! Did it two days ago and I can still barely lock out my arms😭😭
ОтветитьHey bro, if you didn’t do one already may you please do a gear load out video? I’m curious to see how you roll. Thanks man 🤙
ОтветитьThis shit just destroyed me
ОтветитьI've been a weight lifting enthusiast my whole life, always following bodybuilder work outs. I love these practical strength workouts. What I should have been doing all along. When I was in the Navy, they didn't count the push up unless it was all the way to full lock out, and chest to the counters fist on the ground. Do you think that's necessary to build practical strength and endurance.
ОтветитьHoly....I'm just trying to get in shape for basic and gave this a workout a whirl with tiny weights. You weren't lying when you said it's humbling. Completing this circuit is now my new goal.
ОтветитьDo you have any good running programs for sf prep?
ОтветитьWaiting for the back workout 🫡
ОтветитьThat's a butt kicker
ОтветитьI haven't worked out in maybe 6 months? Haven't seriously trained in years. I'm about halfway through the superset and I am completely toast. I'm dropping weight to 20 lbs just to finish it out. Needless to say, this next week is gonna SUCK, probably won't be able to lift my arms for days. Thanks for the workout, I need to kick my ass
ОтветитьDude I'm learning a lot of cool stuff here on your channel, Thanks man. 🤘🏼
ОтветитьGonna work this race to 100 plan into all weight sessions next week.
If you ain't sweatin', you ain't tryin'.
Did this workout today. Absolutely brutal. Will definitely be adding it into my regular routine whenever I want to punish myself.
ОтветитьWhy does this guy have so many injuries?
ОтветитьBro you don’t know what you’re talking about. - No one ever. 💪🇺🇸
ОтветитьMan this guy's an absolute beast if that's 135 lb on the barbell
ОтветитьHey I noticed on the push ups you weren’t going chest to ground and locking out at top should I not go full rom when doing pushups?
ОтветитьKeep these coming please
ОтветитьYou did 24 reps, not 30....
ОтветитьHow often do you do these workout a week? Everyday?
ОтветитьHey big sexy
ОтветитьThank you Mr. Corrnachia.
