Orphaned Kitten Care: How to Videos - How to Stimulate an Orphaned Kitten to Urinate and Defecate

My kittens poop has been diarrhea or on the firm side. Not totally constipated but poops 1x every 1 to 2 days. He eats and plays no problem, maybe I need to soak his butt in warm water before stimulation?

I have an almost 3 week old kitten, he's been drinking a formula i made with a mixture of goats milk and an egg yolk, so i give him half mixture and half water, all he does is pee, he doesnt poo, he's super active but as long as hes awake hes crying, even after being fed, he moves so fast and cries so loud so idk if he could be in pain because he hasnt taken a poo, ever.

I saved a 2 week old kitten with deformations all over her tail, starting from above anus area. So skiny that you can hardly give it any massage down there. 50+h without defecation, all bloated as a balloon. Previous day I gave her 1ml of virgin olive oil and long massages of all sorts, but this time it didn't work, until I applied some oil on my finger and massaged her anus and lower stomach. Then I continued the massage under warm water. She cried like crazy, very afraid of water, scratched me and bit, but the poop started coming out in long dry pipes, like old toothpaste. I have an impression this kitten just doesn't like movement during defecation, hence retains the poop.
