I am going to make this recipe today - It looks absolutely delicious. Roasted belly Pork is always something I order from my usual Chinese and this looks as good as. I hope I don't mess it up and looks and taste delicious. I will let you know !! Thank you to the lady for showing us how to make it.

While she managed to cook crispy roast pork belly, she had over-complicated the processes. Based on my experience, you only need to marinate the meat once at the beginning (not halfway through the roasting), as for the crispy skin, the key is to make sure the skill really dry before roasting. So all you need is to poke many holes on the skin and apply salt (best if you apply salt 3-4 rounds). Then guaranteed you can crispy roast pork.

The whole process may take 4-5 hours, but the actual hands on work take less than 1 hour. The rest of the time basically about waiting for marinating, letting the skin dry and roasting

Use Airfryer to cook, 200deg C. cook for 40min, then "Kao Tim", the rest of the preparation is very similar. This way is really fast and easy to clean up the Airfryer holder.
