Sheffield ranks pretty low in my estimation for UK cities. Been to nearly every major one.

Lived in Sheffield for 50 years but I haven't been to the city centre walking around for probably 10/15 years and I've never seen it that quiet.
I've heard it's not busy these days but that's a surprise regardless of day and time.

In the 80s it was absolutely packed especially Saturdays it was crazy.

Depressingly deserted of any soul,culture or heart. Sad state for a city to be in.
