Clark Cty is assessing people’s homes for more than they can even sell them. Mine goes up $20-50k PER YEAR. They’ve gotten insanely greedy since Covid, but it would’ve been a lot more effective if WHAS had chosen somebody to interview that didn’t have multiple rental properties and was more along the average homeowner.

All these counties that are mentioned in this article are high ,highest drug overdoses,drug raids ,you say drugs and these counties will be at the top!!! Plus these are the most corrupt counties in Indiana !!! Well from Indy and below ,all of southern Indiana .The news/reporters were involved in taken down one of the most honorable and most liked sheriff in southern Indiana,Jamie Noel and his other businesses/partners.With this kind of hike in taxes means only one thing to me !!! CORRUPTION at its best
