ОтветитьNice truck!
ОтветитьLove to have this stubnose what a great Machine the sounds it makes is music to my ears!! Also I subscribed 😊
ОтветитьThat sounds horrible. I love listening to the sound of a Detroit but not that exhaust popping resonating noise.
ОтветитьMusic to my ears,
ОтветитьThat is one sick shaker with the dual exhaust and dual air intakes. Sounds like heaven! What a beautiful machine
ОтветитьI like Detroits, your videos are ok too😅
ОтветитьNeighbors must love your straight pipes😎
ОтветитьGood morning, I'm speaking to you from Argentina. Very good video. I would like to contact you. I am interested in buying a truck and I would like to ask you if it is possible. A hug.
ОтветитьHeaver then a set of DD's LMFAO!
ОтветитьWhat I just cannot get over is this youngster works outdoors like that's how White Men work on shit.. Ummm NO sonny NO it's not.. We work in the Shop with the doors closed in the winter and we open them in the spring summer we even have Cement floors Who knows maybe someday when not being able to work on anything because of weather has become to much maybe this Youngster will get himself in doors out from the weather maybe even some heat ..
Ответить😢 sure wish I could get lucky enough to find an old truck 73 model my birth year for a little bit of money and get it going and drive it
ОтветитьNow you know why that oil hole in the blower is a problem have to keep in mind when i fix the 6v53
ОтветитьWhats your email
ОтветитьThat truck is bad ass! If he ever wants to sell.
Ответитьi chuckled at Unburdened by what has been 😂😂
Ответитьdid some of the v6, v8 ever come turbocharged in the trucks? i thought i saw a boat with twin v8s that had turbos on top of the supercharger.
ОтветитьLove how the cab is parking lot hooker dark. Life get lonely on the road.
ОтветитьAm I crazy but how cool would it sound in a jet boat.
ОтветитьScreamin gimmy be sceamin
Ответить“….heavier than a set of double D’s”, a wonderful experience to feel and see, if you know the ref.
ОтветитьThat thing looks as good as she sounds!
Ответитьman alive. That's one awesome sound. Brings a tear to my eyes. I've drove every Detroit in my illustrious career. That's a real beauty.
ОтветитьLove that sound!
ОтветитьI love your “ torque wrench “ Click “ when you are tightening a bolt with a wrench! Epic!
ОтветитьIn one of your other videos you were getting a bunch of injectors freed up. You were using Free All penetrating spray, I’m a total convert. It works excellent! Thanks for the great tip!
ОтветитьGlad to see you are able to keep it going. What is the name or the paint color code/name of the shade of the Detroit Diesel green? Alpine green.??
ОтветитьA dry DD from the outside? Why not? Just to shake things up. Make some people be awed at how clean this one stays.
Ответитьwell come to my club spend more time looking stuff then working LOL
ОтветитьSo cool
ОтветитьMerry Christmas Sir
ОтветитьThat bitch sounds great
ОтветитьI'm here catching up. Love your work.
ОтветитьMight want to get some batteries when you get paint LoL 😄🤣🤪😄🤣
ОтветитьWhat did you do to make it crank better? Just the new starter?
ОтветитьYour commentary on this one made me giggle more than most. “Heavier than a set of double D’s” and of course the unburdened had me loling.
ОтветитьDamn, that rig said giddy-up! She was moving out on the road and sounding good.
ОтветитьYour tool for filling the radiator is fantastic. But when putting small quantities into the radiator of those old freightliners and Kenworth, the best tool is an old airhorn. You flattene one side of the opening, so the antifreeze doesn’t run out on you and you pour it in. Watching you put the rods in from one rack to another makes me think of the time I had one runaway. You must be very careful of how you bend all your cotter pins over so they can’t hang up on anything. Don’t ask me how I know.

Ответитьthat cold start at the end was friggin awsome, had a nice set of deep base headphone on, class
ОтветитьNice work on the old Freightshaker... Yeah I would say he definitely lost the rear main seal LOL.
Not exactly the best trucks ever built, but I really like them from this era. Pre-74, back when they were
still called White Freightliners. This one looks really clean. The interior and dash looks extremely nice in
this one and that's rare. Is it original interior ? I still like seeing the old two piece chrome bumpers too.
My mom's cousin was originally credited by Kenworth for designing the bigger one piece chrome bumpers
that have been around now for years, back in the day. He had an amazing fleet of early long nosed KW 900's for years.
He had several V-12's, 3408's and 1693's that he ordered new and he had several that had 3406A and Cummins 400's.
I know b4 i grab some double d,s I use a little rtv myself lol
ОтветитьAnother great video Wayne. I love your stuff. I haven't worked on one of those in MANY years. Great stuff
ОтветитьMAN! Best sounding engine ever made. I had one in a 1968 KW conventional. Thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьI got to meet your uncle. He was getting his hair cut at the salon. We started talking about old cars. Then diesel trucks. Then you. 👍🏼😂
