I like the looks of the new gen frontier but it looks like the raised hood limits the sightline alot compared to the old gen.
ОтветитьShows why a locker is needed to do some off road trails that aren't perfectly level.
ОтветитьGood wheeling. Just go to junk yard and drop in an M205 e locker for the rear and you’ll be spot on. I dropped mine in couple months ago and sold my old C200k axle with mechanical locker.
ОтветитьHave that same setup as the black one but a 2017 and it literally goes anywhere!🤘🏼
ОтветитьBro don’t be scared to use your truck
Ответить$hitty video. more talking than driving actio.
ОтветитьWhat all is done to the red frontier.. what size lift and jist tires?
ОтветитьI have both pro 4xs both have lots of power and stick to the grown on the dirt and sand so smooth 2018 and 2024
ОтветитьA more accurate test would be to have one driver test both. A driver with a higher skill level could be the difference
ОтветитьCitrus! Where are you guys out of? We hit citrus a bit. We are out of Ocala.
ОтветитьI have a 2019 frontier pro4x just like Kevin's truck. I had no idea what it was capable of with a little lift and 33s. That's some impressive driving.
ОтветитьOf course the Pro 4 x would win. I have a 2022 SV and im amazed at this. I would never put my truck through this as I don't off road. Gives a lot confidence knowing if I go camping I will not have any problems.
ОтветитьSeems the bigger tires had way more issues
Ответитьoff-roading in slides and socks is wild 😂
ОтветитьWell you really didn’t go head to head with Kevin!! Hang with kevien he’s a good driver - title should have read - I go out with kevien as he teaches me how to drive lol
Ответитьthat was impressive
ОтветитьI have a 2024 pro4x and love it !
ОтветитьMy 2017 colorado ZR2 would walk all over both of those!
ОтветитьKevin got nuts of steel, great driver, great video!
ОтветитьMan I'd be sketched out even on the smaller obstacles you hit haha
ОтветитьWas there a reason you opted out for no locker on your new Frontier?
ОтветитьAwesome video to show some capability. It let me know I will only be lifting enough to get aggressive 33s without rub lol. Feel like the 35s and left made some stuff harder for you or atleast scarier 😅
ОтветитьI have a 3rd gen i love it and im makeing sure she is getting mud on her. I also owned a 2nd gen. Though both are very reliable and capable something about the 2nd gen feels like it was just made to be a off road vehicle.
ОтветитьThe title of this video is misleading. You didn't lose you refused to participate AKA you are a coward. Maybe you should stick with being the other guy's camera man. At he isn't a 🐔. 🤷♂️
ОтветитьThose Nissan V-6’s sound good
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьU need to disconnect the front sway bar if a wheel is in the air it can't give u traction,a sas would be best, but a LOT of money, I'm doing a T-swap and I'll see what can be done with the sway bay, nice video I enjoyed it
ОтветитьIt's not the truck, it's the driver. Experience pays off...
ОтветитьThe man has skills and a truck that can handle them. Damn good job
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьThe black truck is awesome
ОтветитьWhere is this located?
ОтветитьYou won't flip over. But you will cause damage to the side of truck. You made a good decision.
ОтветитьI like hearing that v-6 of Kevin’s roar! Old school power ! I’m glad they kept the v-6 in the new trucks! It will help them out sell Toyota!
ОтветитьGreat video, your friend Kevin has got some serious skill !
Thank you very much for sharing
I had a rear wheel drive 2018 v6 frontier and got it stuck in a ditch lol, it got right back out with no problem, I hit almost 120 in it too, it hit a limiter but 5th gear was extremely long it went down to 4k rpm
ОтветитьMy god man...BUY THE LOCKER BRO!
ОтветитьA demon inside me is trying to convince me that I can do this with my 16' RWD SV 🤣
Ответитьgreat video guys i have to say Kevin is a bad ass but at the end of the day its not the truck its the driver and you made some smart chooses about what to do and not to do again great videos guys
ОтветитьYou ride with Kevin, sh1t gets a Lil 🤪
ОтветитьNice day and good looking trail. Where was this at?
ОтветитьCitrus trails. Right?
ОтветитьYour frontier should have locking rear differential. Check out Canadian cruisers vid from a year ago.
ОтветитьYou guys have balls. I would never risk my Frontier, especially if I pay too much. Lol. But, it's good to know the limitations. Good presentation, gentlemen.
ОтветитьGreat video. Glad you guys made it out without any damage. Kevin is a great driver for being able to tackle those obstacles.
ОтветитьYour ABLS seemed a little flawed as it was allowing too much wheel spin.
ОтветитьI think i would pass on the side tilt too. Im try the lockers on my 3rd gen soon after seeing that 2nd gen! I have never had them, not even my 08 wranger. Love my truck so far. Go Nissan!
ОтветитьI’m really liking Nissans.I think I’m about to get the new frontier
